Can Sale Items Be Refunded?
We can only offer refunds for regularly priced items. Sale or discounted items are considered final.
Can I Exchange Something?
Yes, if your item arrived damaged or defective, we’d be glad to send you a replacement. Just email us before sending anything back — we want to guide you through the process personally.
Was It a Gift?
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate once your return is received.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go back to the person who made the purchase.
