Processing Your Order
Once your order is placed, we’ll begin preparing it with care. Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders made on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. When your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Here’s a general guide:
Within the U.S.: Expect your order in about 3–7 business days
International: Typically delivered in 7–21 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our hands, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your parcel’s progress. If you need help interpreting tracking updates, we’re happy to assist.
Missing or Delayed Packages

Shipping Address Reminders
Please take a moment to double-check your address when placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll gladly reship it once corrected—additional shipping charges may apply.
If a Package Can’t Be Delivered
Should a delivery attempt fail and the package returns to us, we’ll reach out to arrange a new shipment. Again, any re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Multiple Packages? No Worries!
Sometimes, to speed things up, your order may arrive in more than one package. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, so you’ll always know what’s on the way.
